How to Discipline Without Yelling -- Really!
I try not to yell at my kids, truly, but sometimes I just reach my breaking point. Unfortunately, yelling is really not an effective discipline technique -- kids often simply don't hear what it is you are trying to say. Luckily, Amy has some methods to try that don't involve raising your voice.
