Now that we're going deeper into "Cold and Flu Season," it is vital that we all take precautions to keep ourselves healthy. Because most of us can't afford to miss work, many people will be going to work and school (as well as other public places) while feeling a little "under the weather," which means that the germs will be flying. This Monday, we encourage you to learn what you can do to keep yourself and your family healthy, and to recover quickly if you do become sick this season.
