Should The UK Arm Syrian Rebels? What's your view?
March 14, 2013 Last week the foreign secretary, William Hague, revealed that the British government is planning to ramp up its support to rebels in Syria. Hague said he had already ordered "more active efforts" to aid the opposition in their war against the president, Bashar al-Assad, after securing a relaxation of an EU arms embargo to allow the provision of non-lethal military equipment to protect civilians.
